Our Approach

Combining direct volunteer support with observational research to create lasting impact.

Direct Support

We pull up a chair, go click by click, and keep the pace slow enough that nobody feels rushed or embarrassed to ask questions.

Psych-Based

Lessons stack in an order that sticks: repeat the action, celebrate the win, breathe, then periodically review to stay on top of the forgetting curve.

Listening While We Teach

We jot down every confusing label or hidden button and pass along the real stories so teams know what actually trips people up.

Resource Development

Handouts sound like a friendly volunteer: plain steps, screenshots, and scribble room for notes between classes.

Platform Advocacy

When something is hard, we tell the company with screenshots, stories, and suggested fixes until the update ships.

Backup Plans

Password cards, trusted contacts, simple checklists, little safety nets that keep progress steady even on tough days.

Contact

Whether you're a volunteer, organization, or technology company, there are many ways to contribute to our mission.
